CIRCULAR

Kind Attention of All Members

Registration task force formed by AGM is working for Registration of the Society.

1.   There are various forms where you are required to sign.

2.   Some of the members have not submitted the flat registration document also.

3.   Therefore  we request you all to visit your Building representative and sign the documents and submit 2 copies of  registration document  with stamp duty paid receipt.(if you have not submitted

4.   After our visit to CIDCO office we were informed that all civilians have to pay Rs20000 to CIDCO. Earlier we have collected Rs. 10000+ 2000 ( expenses ) assuming that all have to pay Rs10000.

5.   We request all civilian members to pay Balance Rs. 10000 towards Registration charges. Those who have not paid till now will pay accordingly. Civilian Rs. 20000 + 2000 and defence member Rs. 10000+ 2000 by 15th Aug 2010.

6.   In case of resale flat you have to submit your CIDCO transfer receipt also.

We kindly request you to contact your building Representative. In case of V and X building please contact society office.
